I’ve been nominated by myself to a 25 curl-ups for 25 days challenge to hopefully raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide.
Today, I nominate you all
The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 curl-ups even if you stop for a while and take a bit rest but continue doing it
*Every day you must nominate a different person.
