Hello STAY FIT NATION This is day 2 of my 25 day push-up challenge for 25 days. This is to help raise awareness for health such as PTSD- Post traumatic stress disorder, Anxiety, and Depression.

These are THE RULES
~Once you are nominated your 25 push-ups starts the following day.
~Everyday record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to modify them. Never give up!!!
~Everyday you must nominate a different person.
