I am participating in the 25 push ups for 25 days challenge to help raise awareness for health such as
PTSD- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
that can contribute to increased suicide rates.
The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days start the following day.
*Everyday record yourself doing 25 push ups even if you have to modify them. GET THEM IN!!
*Everyday you must nominate a different person.
