This is days 1-6 of PTSD Push Up Challenge. With this video, expect a form guide on HOW TO do:

– Military Push Up
– Wide Push Up
– Diamond Push Up
As a background, this push up challenge is about doing 25 PUSH UPs/day for 25 days to raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide. MENTAL HEALTH in these trying times is really one of the major concerns we should not take for granted. This is the best time to keep in touch with our family and friends to check on how they are coping.
The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts today or the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups (any variation)
*Every day you must nominate a different person.
*The more sets of 25 push ups you manage to do, the more nomination.
