Every day, I’ll try something new with a different person. #25pushupchallenge

I’ll be doing 25 push-ups a day for 25 days to raise awareness about issues like PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety, and sadness, which can lead to suicide.

The rules are straightforward:

*Your 25-day period begins the day after you are nominated.

Every day, make a video of yourself performing 25 push-ups, even if you have to get down on your knees.
*
You must nominate a new person every day.
Let’s get the word out to as many people as possible.

Let’s hope that by doing so, we can raise awareness for anyone suffering from a mental illness, letting them know that they are not alone and that we are here to support them.
