25 Push Up For 25 Days Challenge (To Raise Awareness For Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Hi guys! Last June 12,2020 I was being nominated by my friend architect Jun Pepito Jr. to do the 25 push-ups a day challenge for 25 days, to raise awareness for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide.

Today, I am now on my 25th day, and since this is my last day of the challenge, I decided to make it something special and something unique. I want to do it in an extreme environment. Like this one. What do you think guys? Which one you like?

The rules are simple:
1. Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
2. Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop your knees to get 25.
3. You have the option to nominate a different person everyday or at the last day of the challenge like i do.
4. Let’s reach as many people as possible. Let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone and we are here for you. Don’t be afraid to speak out!!
