25 Push Up for 25 Days | Day 3

“Trauma” is a word often associated with physical injury. But trauma can also be a deeply distressing or disturbing experience like shock. So someone could experience Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD even from say being bullied at school, or cyberbully and so on.

The aim of this challenge is to spread awareness for PTSD, so I would fail on my part if I didn’t say something about this topic. PTSD is real, and can affect anyone, especially during this pandemic. So let us support one another.

We need a healthy body and a healthy mind.

My 25 push-ups for 25 days will be to help spread awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), Anxiety and Depression that drive people to commit Suicide.

Rules are simple:
#Once you’re nominated your 25pushups start the following day.
#Everyday you make a video of yourself doing 25pushups it can be knee pushup if required.
#Everday nominate a different person
