Day 02
I voluntarily do 625 push-ups over 25 days to raise awareness for physical and mental health.

25 push-ups for 25 days challenge to hopefully raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and depression. This is unheard of in my culture especially for men not because of ignorance but because it’s perceived as a sign of weakness. I’m hoping that this little exercise will bring awareness to people especially to my family and friends that it is okay to speak up and seek help if you are not feeling okay.

The rules are simple:
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
*Every day you must nominate a different person.
*Kung di kaya ng straight 25 kahit paunti-unti hanggang sa maka 25 push-ups.
Let’s reach as many people as possible.Let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone and we are here for you.
