25 Push Ups/Day for 25 Days (Kakayanin Ko)

25 push-ups for 25 days challenge to hopefully raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and depression. This is unheard of in my culture especially for men not because of ignorance but because it’s perceived as a sign of weakness. I’m hoping that this little exercise will bring awareness to my people especially to my family and friends that it is okay to speak up and seek help if you are not feeling okay.
No nomination, no pressure. Just don’t be afraid to speak out!!!
