The Push-up Challenge was 25 push-ups for 25 days challenge to raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression. When I first started I can’t even do a proper push-up. Some days were difficult and sore but got to keep ongoing. At the of 25 days, I was happy that I did it. Supporting a good cause. I was doing this challenge to check on my self. Get me right first. Self-check. My mental state. Check on those around me. The message is care, love, support and looks out for one another.
