This gentle Yin yoga (you hold the poses for a while) flow is practice created to help with PTSD, shock and trauma. I’m working with different flows for a class I’m teaching with Syrian refugee women this weekend. That’s why I’m wearing a dress, but it can be done in any comfortable clothing. Try to practice in a space where you feel safe so you can really relax into the poses. I’ll upload a new flow for PTSD each day this week, so check back for more videos. When I arrive at the “final flow” I’ll upload a clean version without the explanatory breaks.
