5 simple steps to a good night's sleep

Here I talk about 5 simple steps to a good night’s sleep

1) Have a routine: 7-8 hours for adults, more for children/teenagers, less for elderly
2) Don’t worry about it: “…do not fret – it only causes harm” (Psalm 37:8)
3) Be disciplined: don’t self medicate, lay off of late night snacks, caffeine or sugars
4) Be active: spend energy during the day so you’re tired at night
5) Exceptions to the rules: inspiring people, clinical depression, clinical anxiety, bipolar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome
