The pandemic has lead to a rise in mental health issues – anxiety, stress, parental concerns, grief, post-traumatic stress disorders are most of the common concerns people have been trying to cope with. Add to it, the pandemic forced limited personal interaction and triggered more of online communication. In this narrative Dr. Shwetambara Sabharwal, a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, for nearly two decades shares her experience of having to navigate therapy sessions in this new digital age.
