Some of us, who have been through a lot of trauma, have PTSD. And a lot of us don’t even realise it.
So let’s talk about it. Let’s talk about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and different triggers. Keep in mind, I’m talking about my own PTSD and triggers; it’s different for every person. I know others with PTSD who have very different episodes and triggers from mine. So if you are watching this and feel as though you have PTSD but cannot completely relate to what I’m talking about, please don’t feel invalidated.
Also, never feel bad, guilty, or useless for having PTSD. It does not make you weak.
