Back to Quarantine Mode
I’m conducting 625 or more push-ups for 25 days to raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and depression. This is unheard of in our culture especially for men not because of ignorance but because its perceived as a sign of weakness. Im hoping that this little exercise will bring awareness to the people especially to my family and friends that it is okay to speak up and seek help if you are not feeling okay.
