The ball toss you can actually do with any object. At least with things that won’t break on the ground if you drop them like eggs. Keys, rolled up sock, rock or anything that can be tossed between your hands safely.
This video was a long time ago, we winged it the best we could. I think it came out just fine.
For each one of these techniques make sure to check the scale from 1 to 10 to see how intense the anxiety or stress is. You then want to use the exercise to bring that number down as far as it will go which should be to one.
Stress, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Whatever You Call It. It’s something you need to be able to reduce in some way.
