In this episode, Episode 47, I disclose my background as a man with a history of a disability. I specifically discuss labor policy as it relates to people with disabilities. Thereafter I discuss the history of my employment with Vinfen Corporation from late May 2019 to July 2019. I requested a reasonable accommodation of my former employer by virtue of some health concerns. My request was ultimately not granted. I later disputed the company’s handling of my request as I do not believe the process of reviewing my request was sufficiently interactive in nature.
