Bipolar hypomania. Dislike trolls.

My name is Xanthe Wyse. Diagnosed bipolar 1 disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), social anxiety disorder.

Currently hypomanic so having a sing and dance helps discharge some of the energy as well as enjoy a euphoric feeling. Doesn’t matter if singing and dancing isn’t that great. Demonstrated at beginning. Improvised movement is one of the ways I manage bipolar and PTSD. Helps me to avoid anxiety.

Hypomania is elevated mood that isn’t full mania. Still in control of it.

Some of the indicators of hypomania for me are talking faster, more scattered, more forgetful, overrides my social anxiety, more confident, more clumsy, fidgeting more, euphoria. Hypomania is okay if still in control of it and getting sleep etc. Can easily turn to mania though, so always monitoring. I am wearing very little makeup in this video. The glow happens with elevated moods, I’ve observed.

Improvising movement to music is hugely therapeutic. It’s actually how I do my art too (some demonstrations on other videos). I was singing along to I Can See Clearly Now (Jimmy Cliff) which was one of the songs I listened to when I was manic.

Talked about trolls. Dislike trolls are a common problem on You Tube. They are subscribers persistent on disliking every video. Need to get a life.

Most of my viewers are from the United States.

Thank you to all of you who leave kind comments expressing that my channel helps them.
