Breathwork 101



As I sit in my home, I find myself filled with fear and anxiety about the days to come. The Corona virus brings more questions than answers and promises to bring even more fear and isolation in the days ahead. Adhering to our mental health in these times is paramount! Breathwork is used to help to combat a variety of issues such as:

anger issues

anxiety

chronic pain

depression

emotional effects of illness

grief

trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
