Brit is a shining example of being honest with yourself about your mental health. Brit shares her experience of being self aware enough to drive herself to a mental health facility for a mental evaluation because she wasn’t taking care of herself. She is a rising mental health advocate and is especially interested in the ways in which nannies with mental illness are stigmatized and often at risk of losing their jobs if they’re honest about their mental health.
