Worry is an emotion we must accept and be aware it does not serve us. Giving in to our anxiety can consume us. challenge your thoughts, accept your feelings. Manage stress, keep negativety out of your daily life and add positivity. Express your worry, talk about it, make yourself feel better. Worrying does not protect us but actually kills us.
