So my Dad took the 25 Days Push-Up Challenge as he was nominated by my Tito Lowie.He will be doing 25 push-ups for 25 days to help raise awareness on social issues like PTSD( Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that commonly drive people to commit suicide.Then Dad will nominate another person who is up for the challenge.

The rules are simple:
1. Once you are nominated, your 25 days starts the following day.
2. Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25. (Copy, Paste & Edit)
3. Everyday you must nominate a different person.
