DARVO deny, attack, reverse victim and offender. Abuse, manipulation. PTSD

My name is Xanthe Wyse. Diagnosed bipolar 1 disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), social anxiety disorder.

In this video, talk about DARVO with some examples. DARVO stands for deny, attack, reverse victim and offender and is an abuse tactic used by narcissist and manipulators. The video cut out but there are more examples in recent videos.

I have been monitored for over 6 years now and the same manipulative ex-friend turns up whenever I am too close to the truth of what really happened. I didn’t get to sleep until 3am as was in fight/flight for hours, finding out yesterday in her comments on a recent video the extent of the web of lies, including framing me as the abuser for things my ex-husband did.

I don’t name him as no link to him and this is not about revenge. It is about the effects of abuse and PTSD.

I was also attacked, called a liar etc with denial and also mentioning my former name by my former sister in law, whose last rant at me was 15 years ago – leaving abusive messages on my answerphone. My ex-friend, also my ex-employee ranted on lies about sex stuff (reversing roles – reverse victim and offender). Then both women brought my son in to it, whom I also do no name.

I have a lot more understanding about abuse now. At the time, when I was hospitalised with a breakdown in 2015 after being bullied out of my home, I was so traumatised that I was shutdown. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and later PTSD. Clinicians say I have had PTSD since childhood (sexual abuse trauma) which worsened with what happened in the final year of my marriage (which I documented as memoir as it happened to try process it). My short-term memory may be impaired, but my long-term memory is incredible.

Abusers and narcissists are scared of people finding out the truth. The truth will set you free.
