Day 10 – Awarenesses on PTSD, Depression and Anxiety

Day 10 – Home Office (Appreciation)

So we are in day 10 of the 25 Day Challenge to capture attention and raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide.

Today, recognizing what’s happening around the world 🌏, I cannot ignore but recognize the fact that there are people in this world that a still out there working to save the rest of the world. They work so we won’t go hungry, have money, our toilets are not block and our law and order is maintained. They are also in the hospitals working to save lives, amidst this dangerous virus. So, in my video today I give special thank to this people and further encourage every governments requests to it’s people to work together to break the chain of this deadly virus. #Social_Distancing and #Self-isolation.

As is, I return to honor a promise to a friend and continue on the awareness with the 25 push-ups. I nominate legendary sports administrators to join me in this awareness with these simple rules:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
*Every day you must nominate a different person.

The name of Godfrey Baniau is synonymously known in the Soccer fraternity. He is an international soccer ⚽ athlete that has played for the Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬 Kapuls in the international arena and the South Pacific. His level of skill and experience is legendary and is ome.of the best goalies of time in PNG soccer. Today, he no longer plays the sport but with his knowledge – experience in the game, he coaches and trains young Papua New Guinea athlete’s to master the art so one day they can represent their country too. He now coaches in his area of expertise with the Hekari United Soccer Club in the NSL. So by nominating him, I hope we can learn that life has meaning when you apply yourself. With great admiration I nominate Godfrey Baniau formerly of the Papua New Guinea Kapuls Soccer 🥅Team and now mentor and coach to join me in this challenge.

Hoping that together we work to reach as many people as possible. With the hope of creating awareness and building love and support for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, by showing that we care and you are not alone and we are here for you. Don’t be afraid to speak out!!!
