Day 13 – Awareness on PTSD, Anxiety and Depression

Day 13 – Home Office (Hectic Day)

Day 13 of 25 Day challenge to raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that drives people to commit suicide. While this journey has been fun, it has also been educational and inspiring. Knowing that I have friends I can count on to help me share this awareness brings great meaning to the value and passion found in friendships. So as per the 25 Day challenge with these simple rules of;
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
*Every day you must nominate a different person.

With this, I nominate another great friend who has represented Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬 in Basketball 🏀 both Internationally and in the Pacific. He has also coached and managed teams in the sport. He is perhaps one.of PNG’s great sport administrators and is well know in the Basketball fratenity. He also is a renowned name in the media industry in PNG. Today he runs his own company known as Kamuna which does Advertising, Marketing, Event Management, Photography, PR consultancy, Social Media Management and Sports Motivational talks. Knowing that sports in Papua New Guinea is an engine for growth, I look to great administrators in the country and this gentleman is one of our finest. He is a working man that is always doing something and when his not running his business, he’s either coaching young kids, with family or in personal fitness sessions with groups of friends or family. So as is, today I nominate Lawrence Lahari to join me in this 25 Day challenge.

Hoping that together with the help of others we can reach as many people as possible to create awareness and build love & support for those suffering from a mental illness. Showing that we care and you are not alone and we are here by your side. Don’t be afraid to speak out!!!
