DAY 16

31 Days Followed by Incremental Burpees Challenge
to help raise awareness for things such as PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), NEGATIVITY, ANXIETY and DEPRESSION that drive people to commit SUICIDE.

The rules are very simple: –

*Once you are nominated your 31 days starts from the very next day.

* You start with 10 Simple Burpees on your First Day and every next day, you add one more Burpees. For example-
Day 1 10 Burpees
Day 2 11 Burpees (10+1)
Day 3 12 Burpees (11+1)
Day 4 13 Burpees (12+1)
Day 5 14 Burpees (13+1) and so on.

This Challenge will help people to understand that giving one more effort every day and you will start seeing great results. Everything takes time and Nothing is permanent.

*Every day you record yourself doing Burpees even if you are exhausted and can’t do anymore.

*Every day you must nominate a different person or you can simply do not nominate anyone.
