Day 18 of 25
Thank you Kevin Mew for nominating me to do the ‘25 push-ups for 25 days’ challenge. This is to raise awareness for those suffering from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression. The results of which can be tragic for many and can touch all of us at different points in our lives.

With the current conditions that Melbourne is in, it’s imperative that we #stayhome, but it’s equally as important to get some exercise.
I hit up the local basketball court and put up some shots, followed by the daily 25 push ups.
Dave Katague, pull out the one wheel, go somewhere fun and get your push ups in sir.
The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
*Every day nominate a different person
