Day 19 Push-up Challenge for PTSD Awareness – "Relax and Recover"

I was nominated by my good friend, Jason Cabanban, it was a double challenge since i’m not so much into social media but i wanted to support my friend’s advocacy because its for a good cause, so here it goes, to a 25 push-ups for 25 days challenge to hopefully raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and depression. This is unheard of in my culture especially for men not because of ignorance but because its perceived as a sign of weakness. I’m hoping that this little exercise will bring awareness to my people especially to my family and friends that it is okay to speak up and seek help if you are not feeling okay.

The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
*Every day you must nominate a different person.

Let’s reach as many people as possible.Let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone and we are here for you.
