[DAY 2] Push Up Challenge – 25 push ups/day for 25 days challenge



DAY 2 #PushUpChallenge

I am honored that i was challenge by my teammate and friend sir Arnel Mondejar to do the 25 push ups/day for 25 days challenge.

This is to raise the awareness on PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety and depression that lead to some people to commit suicide.

Rules are simple:
-Once you are nominated, your challenge will start the following day.

-Every day you record yourself doing 25 push ups even if you have to drop your knees to get 25.

Lets reach as many people as possible.

Let hope that by doing this we can build awareness to anyone who suffering from mental illness, that you are not alone an we are here for you.

We hope and pray that this pandemic will end soon.
