Day 2 Workout Challenge For Mental Health Awareness In A 10 Days Challenge.

I made a workout challenge for our West Playground group when one of us shared in our GC that in the span of two weeks, two Ifugao youth died from suicide.😥

Thus, i am nominating all West Playground and all sports enthusiasts for a TEN (10) days workout challenge” ta kina man ya waha matulungan tau an ibba tau panggep ituwe an PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and depression leading to suicide.

Workout of the day (WOD)
10 Burpees
10 Sit-ups
10 Squats without rest as 1set. Do 3-5sets for endurance.
