It’s OK to have stress some of us have seen many bad things but we always find a way to deal with them. Reach out to people in-need and talk to them.
Great satisfaction of being able to do 26 push-ups after a very very long time.
This is all because of my dear friend Semy.
The rules are simple:
1-Once you are nominated your 25 days start the following day or whenever you’re ready!
2-Every day you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25.
