30push-ups per day for 25 days to raise Mental Health awareness.

The rule is simple – post a video of yourself doing 30 push-ups per day for 25 days and nominate a new person each day.

Let’s reach as many people as possible with the hope of building awareness for anyone who is suffering from anxiety, depression, and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)
