Day 23 of 25 Days of "Pushups" for Mental Health, Suicide and Depression Awareness



Actually doubling up to catch up from my 5-day break … I tweaked my low back but it seems to be getting better…. I feel more energetic and stronger.

Following whatever movement makes my body happy in the middle of the neighbor’s 9 1/2 months of construction during shut down. Gotta keep going!

No stress, no worries, no expectation…. just commitment and showing up to perhaps inspire others this way in the name of doing anything to get us out of the funk ❤️

Today I nominate anyone and everyone to join me to light up this possibility in others.

25 push-ups for 25 days challenge to raise awareness for mental heath awareness and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide.

This is a FB Challenge and these are the rule:

*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 (well, somethings…). The point is to spread awareness however we can!!!
