Day 3 – Awareness Challenge for PTSD, Depression and Anxiety

Day 3 – Laundry Day

I was nominated by my good friend Will Revelo 3 days ago to a 25 push-ups for 25 days challenge to raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that has a crippling effect on our population. As a chain to share the message, I get to nominate a friend to take up the challenge and well, today I nominate a person that is great example of determination. A Papua New Guinea village boy who recognizes values of hardwork, commitment and friendship. A reputable professional today working here in Waikato, New Zealand. I nominate my good brother Tony Piskot.

The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
*Every day you must nominate a different person.

Let’s work together to reach as many people as we can. Creating awareness and building love and support for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, by showing that we care and you are not alone. Don’t be afraid to speak out!
