Day #5 (1) Minute Plank Challenge (#25DaysPlankChallenge)


I will be doing 1 minute plank for 25 days to help raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that drive people to have a behavioral disturbance and do crazy things.
The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day (no pressure)
*Everyday you record yourself doing 1 minute plank, you can choose the kind of plank that easy for you like ( knee plank, full plank, elbow plank etc)
*Every day you must nominate a different person (again only if suits and if you want)
