I will be conducting push-ups for 25 days to help raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide.
I nominate my Cousin Michael Adem who considered challenge as normal way in life. 😁
The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees.
*Every day you must nominate a different person and #Hashtag your favorite Bible verse (only if suits you and if you want)
I am hoping and praying by the end of this challenge COVID19 will ease up too, and anxiety will be lessened considerably. 🙏🏽
