Day 5 of raising awareness for PTSD – PTSD mental health awareness

Day 5 of raising awareness for PTSD today.
PTSD is a mental health problem that some people develop after a trauma, or life- threatening event. A traumatic event could be something that happened to your loved one, or something they saw happen to someone else. If you’re concerned about a loved one who has experienced trauma, it’s important to learn about PTSD.
Around 75 per cent of mental illnesses occur for the first time before a person turns 25. By supporting The Push-Up Challenge, you’re supporting an organisation that addresses the unique barriers young people face to accessing mental health support.
