nominated by Dean N Claire Cumberpatch to do 25 push-ups for 25 days. I thank you 😂.. We hope to raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) – anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide.
I will be nominating a different person every day who then does the same, between us we can surely make a difference. 💪🏼💪🏼 The rules are simple: *Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Every day you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25 done.
