Let’s raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or mental illness from severe events), anxiety and depression.
Simple rules are as follows:
* When you are challenged, start the next day.
* Everyday in 5 days, take a video performing 30 squats and post.
* Challenge 1 friend every day.
