Day 6 of 25 Days for Mental Health Awareness



Today my body want push “ups” in all kinds of ways! It’s stiff. As a reflexologist and fascial trainer, I always connect from head to toe in my movement … because we are.

Today’s “push UPs” are my body’s choice.

Just another twist for my Covid-Gone-Lazy body … No stress, out of shape, no worries, no expectation…. just commitment and showing up!
Today I nominate Amber Dawn a fellow yoga teacher and momma … in the name of doing anything to get us out of the funk ❤️

25 push-ups for 25 days challenge to raise awareness for mental heath awareness and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide.

This is a FB challenge and here are the rules
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 (well, somethings…). The point is to spread awareness however we can!!!
*Nominate 1 person each day
Let’s reach as many people as possible. Let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone and we are here❗️
