Rick & I were nominated to take on the 25 Push Ups for 25 Days Challenge in support of PTSD by Salt Manager Shannon Young
We have decided to “Mix it Up” by doing a different style of Push Up every day.
Performing a Push Up & adding a Single Arm Row after each Rep is an advanced move that works the whole Upper Body & Core.
It was definitely the most challenging Push Up variation we have done yet!
The aim of the Challenge is to raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), Anxiety and Depression all which can lead to suicide.
It is well documented that Exercise plays a positive role in helping to decrease the symptoms of PTSD, depression and anxiety, so we want to encourage as many people as possible to join us and smash out 25 of your best to help spread some positive energy 😅.
On your knees, on your toes or any way you like, we don’t mind. Do 25 in a row, break them up over the day or build up to them over the 25 days – it doesn’t matter.
