It’s A Good Day for a Push-up ✅💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 PTSD AWARENESS PUSHUP CHALLENGE 👍🏼 LOOK OUT FOR SOME GOODIES IN MY COMPETITION GIVEAWAY THIS WEEK 😜✅ Today I nominate one of the most patient people I know, who helped shape me into the PT I am today. He is an awesome PT/ and a Teacher of PT’s. @curtis_successfulhealth_coach You are up! 😉💪🏼💪🏼 REMEMBER ….ITS NOT ABOUT THE PUSHUPS 🤷🏻‍♀️😬 Its ok to do 5 if that’s all you can do, it’s ok just to share if you just can’t , it’s all about the awareness so thank you to all who have risen to the challenge 💪🏼 Why we are doing this –
Preventing Suicides
nominated by Dean N Claire Cumberpatch to do 25 push-ups for 25 days. I thank you 😂.. We hope to raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) – anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide.
I will be nominating a different person every day who then does the same, between us we can surely make a difference. 💪🏼💪🏼 The rules are simple: *Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Every day you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25 done.
*Every day you must nominate a different person.
