Day 8- Awareness on PTSD, Depression and Anxiety

Day 8 – Home Office (Self-isolation)

Its day 8 of the 25 Day Challenge I was nominated for by my good friend Will Revelo to do 25 push-ups everyday for 25 days to capture attention and raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide.

The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
*Every day you must nominate a different person.

So today, I nominate a my lovely sister Elizabeth Asigau who has started a serious fitness regime and now she looks amazing and has adopted healthy meal habits. She is a strong advocate for equal opportunity and strives to encourage women to know their strengths and work to achieve their goals. With her determination to help others, she now works as a career professional in the role with a NGO that impacts that change. I am a great supporter of my sister’s and believe in equal opportunity. I hope nominating her in this challenge will bring light to striving for your goals and living a good life.

Together we work to reach as many people as possible. With the hope of creating by awareness and building love and support for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, by showing that we care and you are not alone and we are here by your side. Don’t be afraid to speak out!!!
