Day19 25 Inca / Thigh Slaps Push Ups #25PushUpChallenge



I will be conducting 25 push-ups for 25 days to help raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression
that drive people to commit suicide.
I was nominated by my strong running buddy JV Roa to do this challenge.
I am hoping and praying by the end of this challenge COVID19 will ease up too, and anxiety will be lessened considerably.
