Day 21 – My goal is to touch one life in this effort to raise awareness of not just the conditions mentioned, but that there is help!

25 push-ups for 25 days challenge to raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression.

Suicide: one person dies every 40 seconds worldwide: WHO – 9 September 2019 News release. PLEASE seek help – it does not make you weak but essentially the opposite to reach out!

All mental health issues that unfortunately drive people to commit suicide.
Challenge.
The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
*Every day you must nominate a different person.
