Many are dealing with grief in traumatic times. I want to help you know what to say to grieving friends and family. Want to know how to help others with Post-traumatic growth? I want you to become an “Expert Companion”. Want to know how can you take action to help others? Want to know questions to ask yourself when helping?
I survived the suicide of my younger brother and I share others can do to help others during these times. My mission is to help you move away from being a victim and towards being a survivor to find hope after all trials and traumas. I have helped thousands of people as a licensed clinical social worker over the past twenty years. I want you to become a symbolic Trial Tapper. Someone that finds resilience and Post-Traumatic Growth after Lifes’ Trials and Traumas. I can help you TAP pain, find a positive path, and grow stronger after any trial in life.
