A Hillsborough County Fire Rescue dispatcher claims she suffered Post Traumatic Stress disorder while answering 9-1-1 calls, sending crews to emergencies, and trying to monitor radio calls from the field. Heather Bobo claims the workload for dispatchers is overwhelming. She claims the fear of reprimands hang over their heads if they miss something.
