Elena Breese is a blogger for Still Blooming Me, influencer, and speaker. She had a normal life until April 15, 2013, when the Boston Marathon Bombing happened. Luckily Elena did not sustain any physical injuries; she did have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She couldn’t eat at times, take care of the kids, and function like a normal human being. She had to go to the hospital and years in therapy.

Listen to this episode as Elena talks about what you can do to overcome PTSD.
