Exercise Improves Mental Health

Hello, I’m Jay with J Edwards Coaching and I’m talking with you today about How Exercise Improves Mental Health.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder has deeply impacted my life. I have experienced the flooding of anxiety and the drowning of depression. I have waged, and won, several battles with this disorder and been through much loss and grief. And I have found, both through research and experience, that exercise is very beneficial to your mental state.

I appreciate you taking the time to watch this video and I’d like to ask you all to give it a thumbs up so that YouTube will share it with more people. Also, please take a second to hit the Subscribe Button and Bell Notification.

If you like the content I provide, please follow me across all my social media. I have pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and YouTube. You can find direct links to all my social media accounts in the menu bar on my website at jedwardscoaching.com.

As I’ve been promising, I have been working to finish up some of the free programs I’ve been promising and putting the final touches on a few others.

I have more coming, but for now you can sign up for my new White Paper on Personal Development Resources.

This one-sheet gives you many resources for personal development sites, videos and free downloads.

You can also still sign up to receive my free Personal Happiness Checklist or participate in the 30-Day Positivity Challenge.

I also offer Free Coaching Sessions for anyone who might be curious about what coaching is, or just needs help in some area of life.

This free session can be done across the globe by phone, Skype, Zoom, or Facetime.
I use this free session to establish or clarify goals and form the framework needed to achieve success in the areas of life where you feel you’re struggling.

One last thing, if you would, please leave me comments, questions or observations about how you use your mind-body connection to stay healthy in the comments section below or contact me directly at jedwards@jedwardscoaching.com.

Thank you all and have a great day!
