Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder has deeply impacted my life. I have experienced the flooding of anxiety and the drowning of depression. I have waged, and won, several battles with this disorder and been through much loss and grief. And I have found, both through research and experience, that exercise is very beneficial to your mental state.
