Day 3: 25 push up in 25 days Challenge

I’ve been nominated by my buddy Mate Tahhh Nevaeh Cornelio, to do 25 push-ups for 25 days challenge to hopefully raise awareness of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide.

Now I Nominate: (He already accepted the challenge, though not yet nominated) the birthday boy, the younger me and future military officer Jian Carl Iling I believe in you Yan, 25 push-ups and maybe more
The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you should be doing 25(plus 10) push-ups even if you have to drop on your knees.
*Every day you must nominate a different person.

Let’s reach as many people as possible.Let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone and we are here for you.
